Products and prices

  • Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD)
  • Prices include applicable taxes at checkout
  • All products are subject to availability
  • Au Comptoir Maghrébin reserves the right to change prices and product availability without notice

Orders and payment

  • Any order placed on the website constitutes an offer to purchase
  • Au Comptoir Maghrébin reserves the right to accept or refuse any order
  • Payment must be made in full before shipping
  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • An order confirmation will be sent by email

Delivery

  • Free delivery on orders of $60 CAD or more
  • $8 CAD delivery fee for orders under $60
  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days in the GTA
  • Au Comptoir Maghrébin cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties (carriers, weather conditions, etc.)

Returns and refunds

  • Pre-packaged food products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons
  • If a product is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is the exclusive property of Au Comptoir Maghrébin and is protected by Canadian copyright law. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Customer account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Au Comptoir Maghrébin reserves the right to suspend or close an account in case of fraudulent use
