Delivery
- Free delivery on orders of $60 or more in the GTA.
- For orders under $60, an $8 delivery fee applies.
- Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days in the GTA.
- Delivery area: Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Richmond Hill, Hamilton, Vaughan, Oshawa).
- Expansion to other regions of Canada coming soon.
Returns and refunds (Consumer Protection Act)
- Pre-packaged food products: non-returnable for hygiene and food safety reasons.
- Damaged or defective products: contact us within 48 hours with photos. Free refund or replacement.
- Right of withdrawal (14 days): for non-food items, you have 14 days to request a refund (return shipping at your expense).
- All refunds are processed within 30 business days.
